This project was produced in 2 phases. The first phase consisted of the top 2 levels of this 3 story town-home in the Houston Memorial Park Area.

The first phase was remodeled in 2018-2019. The top floor was a TV Room with Balcony facing the alley.  The Balcony was closed in to enlarge the room.  Extra shelving was demolished, and one of the shelving units was enhanced with custom carpentry to create an entertainment center. This room included new windows, paint, and luxury carpeting.  On the second floor, the Study and Study bathroom were completely remodeled.  New wood look-alike tile floors were installed throughout. Upgrades to the Study wall shelving were provided with custom paint colors. The bathroom was completely remodeled with new cabinet doors and drawers, modern trims, new lighting, mirrors, countertops, and shower surround.  All walls on these 2 floors were repaired and repainted with fresh new modern timeless “greyeige’ and “grown” colors.

The second phase, remodeled in 2019-2020, was a larger project, and this client also opted to use our 3-D services to help make life-changing decisions in the space. It included closing in the patio on the side of the house to create a larger indoor space for the Kitchen area, so it is the feature walking into the house. A mud room/Pantry was created featuring the oversized refrigerator.  The Powder Bathroom location was also altered pushing the Kitchen toward the Living Space and opening up the entire floor plan into an open concept. A focal point with a beautiful stone art wall were created behind the Kitchen island as they are seen walking into the space from the front door. The Kitchen features dual height overlapping countertops and 2 tone custom built cabinetry for optimal storage with full extension soft close glides and hinges. Very original and unique items include the custom color warm grey stained applied to the walnut wood species on the Living Room entertainment cabinets and lower Kitchen cabinetry, as well as, the natural stained wood flooring with a hint of warm grey peering through only in the grain. Kitchen includes Quartzite countertops with matching slab backsplashes, granite composite sink, touch fixtures, LED fixtures, and frameless glass bar doors. Last but not least, the fireplace was raised off the ground featuring a modern feeling with a custom Walnut tree plank mantel on a stack-stone surround. An Addition and complete remodel of the bottom floor was completed with newly designed stair post and railing to fit the new style!
